To reset password:

• 1. Front he homepage, click the AVA menu
• 2. Click ‘settings’
• 3. Click ‘password’
• 4. Type in your current password
• 5. Type in new password
• 6. Confirm new password
• 7. Click ‘reset password’

Your blocklist has everyone that you have blocked. Click on your blocklist to find users and stores you have blocked, and unblock them if you want.

To block a user or store:

• 1. Go to their profile
• 2. Click the three dots on the right side of their profile
• 3. Click ‘block’

To unblock a user or store:

• 1. Go to settings
• 2. Click ‘blocklist’
• 3. Search for the user or store you’d like to unblock
• 4. Click ‘unblock’
